This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a map of the Liaodong Peninsula of Liaoning province, which includes places like Port Arthur (at the tip) and Mukden (the furthest right city). The words on the left are « Russo Japanese War Commemoration ». The words on the back are « Victorious Return » and the name Koshifurutani in the center.
