Very Rare Russo Japanese War Battle Victory Navy Dish

This is an antique Japanese military dish, decorated with a scene from one of the naval battles – it’s not clear which battle this is, but we know the ship is Russian by the flag it’s flying. There are some sailors observing the sinking of the enemy vessel while one is manning a gun. It’s a nicely detailed dish and I’ve never seen this particular image before.
