Very Rare Antique Japanese Military WW2 1944 Type 1 Fighter Nakajima Ki-43 Contributed Frame Army Sake Cup

This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a very detailed picture of an army type 1 fighter (or Nakajima Ki-43). This is one of those contributed frames – planes that were built using money that was donated by the public, and named in honor of those who donated money. The overall term for them is « patriotic frames ». This is for two frames numbered 2830 and 2381. The words on the back are « Contribution Naming Ceremony Commemoration » « Aikoku (patriotism) No. 2830 and 2381 » « Tajimi Citizens #1 and #2 ». Tajimi is a city near Nagoya, and they were the ones who contributed the money for them and so named them after the city. According to an online Japanese database of these patriotic frames, these two planes were donated in 1944, making this a pretty rare cup for the very late war. The last photo is a postcard for this same event.
